1. Who we are
Just7 (“the App”) is provided by Negorp (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Just7 handles information when you use the App.
2. Summary
- Just7 does not create accounts or require you to sign in.
- Just7 does not collect personal information and upload it to Negorp servers.
- Text‑to‑speech (TTS) coaching cues run locally on your device.
- The only optional outbound health data is workout exercise minutes sent to your platform’s health app—and only if you give consent.
3. Information Just7 does not collect
We do not operate Just7 in a way that collects, sells, or uploads your personal data to Negorp servers. In particular, Just7 does not send us:
- Your name, email address, or account credentials (the App does not require an account)
- Location data for our servers
- Advertising identifiers for Negorp advertising profiles
- Voice recordings or transcripts of coaching cues to our servers
- Workout history, preferences, or custom exercises to our servers
4. Information stored on your device
To work as an offline‑first workout app, Just7 may store data locally on your device only, such as:
- App settings (for example timing preferences, selected coach voice, or display options)
- Exercise lists or custom groups you create
- Local workout history needed to show progress inside the App
- In‑app purchase / unlock status managed by your platform’s store
This information stays on your device unless you choose the optional health sharing described below, or unless your device backups (such as iCloud or Google Backup) include app data according to your own device settings. Those backups are controlled by Apple, Google, or you—not by Negorp servers for Just7 analytics.
5. On‑device voice (TTS)
Just7 can speak move names and form tips during a workout. Text‑to‑speech runs locally on your device. Voice cues are not uploaded to Negorp servers for processing or storage.
6. Optional health sharing (with your consent)
If you choose to enable it, Just7 may write completed workout exercise minutes to your platform’s health app:
- Apple devices: Apple Health (HealthKit)
- Android devices: Health Connect (and related Google health integrations where available)
This happens only when you grant permission through the system consent prompts. You can refuse permission, and you can revoke access later in your device or health app settings. If you do not consent, Just7 will not send exercise minutes to those health apps.
When you do consent, the data written is limited to workout-related exercise minutes (and any closely related workout write types needed to record that session in the health platform). Negorp does not receive that health data on our servers as part of this sync—the data goes from Just7 on your device to the health platform you authorized.
7. Purchases
Optional Just7 Plus unlocks are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase validation and restore flows use the platform’s standard in‑app purchase mechanisms.
8. Children
Just7 is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children on Negorp servers.
9. Data retention and deletion
Because Just7 does not upload your app data to Negorp servers, there is generally no Negorp‑hosted Just7 profile for us to delete. To remove local Just7 data from a device, uninstall the App (and clear related health permissions in your health app settings if desired).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Just7 after an update means you accept the revised policy.
